Residents will find it easy to get to everything Palm Coast and nearby towns have to offer because it is right next to US-1 and just minutes from I-95 and Belle Terre Parkway. Belle Terre Crossings is only 10 minutes away and has everything you need to shop and eat. Residents can go to European Village, which is 15 minutes away and has some of Palm Coast’s best shops and restaurants and a Sunday farmer’s market.
The setting is great for people who like to be outside. Pelican Creek Preserve is one of several nearby parks. This protection area and other parks are wonderful places to hike, sail and boat, ride horses, fish, and even camp.
There are many places to play golf in the area, such as the Palm Harbor Golf Club, which has been named the best in the county for almost a decade, and the Pine Lakes Golf Club, which Arnold Palmer designed.
